RE/MAX On Track was founded in Germantown, TN 12 years ago by Peter Ritten, with a total of 6 agents. Today, there are over 60 agents. Peter Ritten’s primary mission is to prepare agents to serve their clients in the most ethical, competent and productive way possible.RE/MAX associates lead the real estate industry in performance and quality, averaging more experience, more sales per agent and more advanced Realtor designations than other real estate professionals.

Equally important, RE/MAX On Track associates are active in their communities and play an important role in the success of such programs as “The Children’s Miracle Network,” a non-profit organization raising money for 1701 children’s hospitals across America. Locally, LeBonheur Children’s Hospital is the beneficiary of a donation by agents from each real estate transaction. Additionally, RE/MAX supports the Susan G. Komen “Race for the Cure,” an annual family event in Germantown.
